Web Site Performance Calculators

Here are six online Web Site Performance Calculators to help you assess your site's overall performance. Use all of them or pick and choose the ones you find best suits your business model.

1. Customer Conversion Ratio - this will tell you the ratio of site visitors Vs site inquiries or sales.

Enter Number of Inquiries or Sales you receive from your web site in a given time period.
Enter the number of Unique Visitors your site has received in the same time period

2. Customer Acquisition Cost

Enter your Internet Marketing Expenses.
Enter the number of New Customer Orders you receive from your web site.
Your Customer Acquisition Cost is:
 

The number of New Customer Orders represents new customers that you are getting as a result of your web site. If your site is not a shopping site, you would have to have tracked new customers as coming to you via your web site or some other method. If you do not track how your new customers are finding you, this calculator will be useless to you.

3. Sales Per Visitor

Enter the Total Number of Unique Visitors to your site:

4. Cost Per Visitor

5. No Sale Rate - Home Page

This is based on your home page. If visitors are not making it past the home page, something is wrong. Perhaps you need to rethink the navigation or copy.

6. No Sale Rate - All Pages

This is a more global metric which points to global design flaws in navigation or page layout.
