This email list management service is for use with your
own opt-in E-mail lists only and may not be used with
any purchased, rented, or third-party lists. We do not
provide email lists.
Web-Kare has very strict rules about E-mail marketing.
We find ourselves inundated daily with tons and tons
of unsolicited E-mails about products that we have no
interest in or use for. With that in mind, we are very
mindful of the new Can Spam Act passed by the U.S. Congress.
We do not wish to send anyone E-mails that they have
not requested. We also do not purchase E-mail lists
for anyone. We will only embark on an E-mail marketing
campaign where the E-mails are current customers or
people who have specifically requested information.

Online Surveys
Need to find out what your clients want or how they
like a particular product? Web-Kare can setup an E-mail
survey for you, capture the data and provide a hard
copy report. The report will show how many E-mails were
sent, how many "bounced back" (undeliverable),
how many responded to the survey and tabulate their
response. This service is available as a "stand
alone" service or can be integrated into your E-mail
campaign program.
E-mail Newsletters
E-mail can be a cost effective and efficient way to
distribute your newsletter. Whether you're trying to
keep in touch with employees around the globe, customers,
or prospective buyers, nothing could be more economical
that using E-mail. Newsletters allow you to show your
expertise, show off new products, and share information
in an interesting context.
Database Management
Database Management is standard as part of our E-mail
marketing program. We ensure that those who wish to
be removed from your list are removed and we can set
your program up so that people who wish to be on your
list are automatically added. Bogus E-mails will be
automatically removed as well as duplicate E-mail addresses.
